I charge half the total cost upfront to get started on your commission. The first cost portion is non-refundable. The second half of the payment will be sent to me upon completion of the artwork. Shipping cost is invoiced after painting is sent and must be paid in full.

Shipping & Return Statement

Shipping: Shipping price is included in all original painting pricing. Smaller pieces or prints are shipped through USPS. Larger pieces are freight shipped through FedEx. I currently only ship within the U.S. All original painting orders are insured, and incase of damage you can file a claim and receive full refund from the carrier.

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your art, or your order is not what you expected, please contact me ASAP at info@juliabobeck.com. If there is been any damage inflicted to the work or you wait more than 5 days to contact me after receiving the art, I will not issue a refund.
