I am curious in work representing different states of consciousness. I mainly portray these ideas through rhythmic oil paintings.

A lot of inspiration comes from my past existentialist outlook. My outlook evolved through personal revelations:

All humans and nature are interconnected. Freedom is at our fingertips: Travel can exist on both mental and physical planes.

My artistic process makes for interesting narratives expressed through each figure, spatial relationships, and intuitive color compositions. I allow each idea to evolve on the canvas through long interconnected strokes before moving into expressive detail or textures.

I will continue exploring the narrative of my free spirit ideals balanced with my realist tendencies. My hope is that by expressing these struggling energies in my work, I am able to evoke a magical array of emotions for viewers to engage with.
